I took the 1 hour glucose tolerance test yesterday afternoon and I failed :(
My lab's cutoff is a 140 and I was at 145. I've already scheduled the 3 hour test for next Friday, October 1st. I'm going to take the day off from work since I've heard that some people get really sick during and after the test.
The test is at 9 AM, and I have to fast for 12 hours before, and eat at least 150g of carbs for the three days before the test. Blah. Not looking forward to this. Please cross your fingers for me!

I'm sure with number so close to the cut off you'll be fine but good luck! I can't imagine having to be there for three hours although I have a STRONG feeling I'll fail my one hour test on Monday. Keep us updated!
Oh dear! I'm so nervous about my test, it's this Friday. I hope you pass the 3 hour one!
