Scentsy Giveaway! CLOSED

When a Mommy friend of mine told me that she recently became a Scentsy consultant, I was really excited.  I had heard of Scentsy, but had not yet tried it.  I have always been a candle person, but with my Mommy brain currently in full force I would probably leave candles on and risk burning our home down.   Also, we had an unfortunate accident with one of our cats - she burned her whiskers off.   So as you can see it was a smart decision for us to no longer have open flames in our house.

Scentsy Warmers

With Scentsy, there is no need to worry about an open flame, soot, wicks, wax build-up, burned fingers, or singed whiskers.   You just plug the warmer into an outlet.   The warmers have a strong light bulb that melts scented wax, but the wax never gets too hot to the touch.  It really is perfect for anyone who loves to have a nice smelling home but is leery of candles because of children and/or pets (like us!)   Here is a short video of how it works, if you are curious.

Twinkle Nursery Warmer

After looking through the catalog I ordered a Mid-Size Nursery Warmer (at left) and a few scents that piqued my baked-goods-loving fancy: Sugar Cookie, Cinnamon Bun, and Hazelnut.   The shipment arrived just a couple days later and we've pretty much had the warmer on non-stop since then! M and I love the way it smells (and looks), and are finding ourselves eager to try out all of the other scents.  The scent "bars", as they are called, last for such a long time!  Just 1 bar ($5) will warm for 50-80 hours.  We're sold.  I am never spending money on candles again.
