Our best investment yet

A friend of mine mentioned that she had recently bought some crafty things for her baby, and to be honest I hadn't even thought of anything like that yet. So I used some of my Swagbucks Amazon.com gift cards and bought Carina an easel paper roll and jumbo triangular crayons. I cut off a big piece of the paper, taped it to the coffee table, and let her have at it. This occupies her for HOURS. Sure, part of the time she's sticking the crayons in her mouth but luckily they are non-toxic and are thick enough that she can't break off a piece with her tiny teeth.

Not sure about these, Mom
Nevermind, SO MUCH FUN!

They taste good, too!

Edited: Wow, holy typos, sorry! That's what I get when I rush through my post because I hear her waking up from her nap!

Watching your child create art work is one of the best things in the world :)
You should try taking her outside and let her make a mess with non toxic finger paints. My son absolutely loved it when he was her age! Well he still does lol

Great idea! We are getting E an art easel for her birthday, but I was worried about her eating the crayons! Totally getting some of those!

Definitely checking out those crayons. I've wanted to start art projects with X, but man does that kid want to eat everything around him!

I dunno, Mama G. Your daughter is so pretty she takes the cake in EVERY SINGLE picture. I barely notice the stuff you bought for her. :)
