I'm guessing the words "burp cloths" have never really elicited any sort of excitement from you, have they? Personally, I've always opted for function over cuteness after finding that all of the adorable ones I had bought for Carina were about as permeable as plastic. I am the designer behind luna and bean. I
started sewing baby items a few years ago when a lot of my friends and
family members were pregnant. I moonlight as a baby items designer at
night and a graduate student by day (among other jobs and internships).
Because my studies aren't exactly in the creative realm, I needed a way
to express that side of my self. All of my preggo friends gave me the
perfect opportunity and before I knew it, luna and bean was born.

Laura sent this adorable 3 pack of burp cloths for baby Aurelia. They are much larger than the Gerber prefolds I have used for so long and are much much cuter! They are also just as {if not more} absorbent. I have been really impressed with how well they wash and contain Aurelia's messes ;) I am for sure stashing one of these in the diaper bag for when we are out and about; I would choose one of them over a Gerber prefold any day. I think that these burp cloths make a fantastic baby shower or baby gift for any Momma.
