Steppin' Out Saturday - with the Baby Bump!

It has been quite some time since I last participated in Steppin' Out Saturday. We just don't get out much these days now with money being tight and me spending so much time laid out on the couch with a pillow clenched in my fists, willing the nausea to stop.

My amazing sister gave us a gift card to one of our favorite restaurant's for M's graduation, so tonight we decided to take advantage. Truth be told, at around 4:45 M gently suggested I change out of my pajamas because he wanted to get me out of the house for the first time in 3 days. Had it really been 3 days? Sadly, it had...

I've been wearing maternity clothes pretty much every day now for the last week or so. It is just so much more comfortable! I don't think I was wearing them consistently until about 17 weeks last time.
I must say I am looking forward to hopefully picking up some {cheap} maternity sundresses. Being hugely pregnant in November and December last time didn't leave much of a chance for cute.

You look fantastic! I hope you had a great night!

FYI - Old Navy has great dresses. I wore non-maternity maxi dresses from ON most of my pg with Jack. I just added a mat tank top underneath to keep the teets covered up. Worked out great and I can still wear them.

I've been huge pregnant during winter through both pregnancies. I am hoping when I finally get pregnant with #3 I can enjoy cute sundresses too. SO many more options in the summer vs pants that hike up to your boobs and frumpy, big sweaters.

I wax pregnant during the summer and there are a lot of easy, cheap options for maternity wear. Hit up the sales at Old Navy. We also have a lot of baby consignment stores in the area that also sell maternity clothes, o that might be something to look into.
